• Conduct door-to-door inspection, analyzing and troubleshooting of Cuckoo products on site. • Effectively addressing repair needs, including but not limited to fixing leaks, tightening fittings, replacing valves, fittings and tubings. • Check Cuckoo products and perform routine maintenance to ensure everything is in working order and good water quality. • Manage clients concerns and complaints and be able to explain technical terms in layman terms to clients. • Available for emergency service calls, which may occur during regular or off business hours. • Ensure timely completion of all paperwork and job completion in system. • Participate in all Company meetings and training sessions.
