ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Create visually appealing videos and graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites and marketing materials. - Develop high quality visual assets that showcase the features and aesthetics of different products. - Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit engagin video content to promote product collections. - Utilize video editing software to engance and optimise product videos for online platforms. - Capture high quality images of products for use in digital and print materials. - Ensure consistency in photographic style and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all content. - Design and produce content tailored for various social media channels, with a focus on instagram, Facebook and Tiktok - Create and execute marketing strategies, campaigns and events to generate leads and drive sales. - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event or campaign executive. - Analyse digital and marketing performance, prepare reports and make recommendations for improvement - Continuously improve visual content based on performance analytics and feedback. - Work closely with sales and other departments to understand campaign and sales objectives. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to inform and improve visual content creation that resonates with the target audience. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivey of high quality visual assets.

We are currently seeking a detail oriented and organized individual to join our team as a General Clerk. The general clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate records, facilitating communciation and ensuring that day-to-day tasks are completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. • Assist with general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents. • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for shipment. • Maintain and update electronic and paper records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members as needed. • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and processing invoices. • Provide administrative support to various departments as requested.

The scope of employees’ work shall include, but not limited to the following: 1)Assist customers with: • Locating products in the store and escorting them to the right shelves. • Process customer transactions and keep records of any transactional activity. • Provide customers with information about products, services, and sales discounts. • Responds to customer’s inquiries about items’ availability at other branches including pricing. • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. 2) Shop Maintenance • Maintain the cleanliness of the store and the checkout area. • Maintain proper product display while ensuring the company’s image and standards. • Assist in stock replenishment and keep track of inventory items. 3) Reporting • Report pricing discrepancies and loss and/or damage of products to Store Supervisor, Operation Executive and Operation Manager. • Report any customers’ complaints for future records. • Alerts management of any potential issues relating to daily operation. 4) Others: • Complete and assist tasks assigned by the Operation Executive and Operation Manager. • Any other relevant tasks may be assigned from time to time related to the shop’s operation such as assisting in inventory/stock count and allocation at the warehouse when the new stock shipment arrives.

- Perform inspection, carry out routine AC servicing and maintenance checks. - Test air conditioners to make sure they are working properly. - Run AC, observe its operation, read instruments and gauges, charge with specified types and amount of refrigerants. - Explain to clients on proper AC care and maintenance. - Updating completing job orders in the system. - Train less experienced co-workers.

- Performing installation in accordance with all safety regulations. - Run electrical cables and connect AC to electricity. - Follow all safety guidelines when working with tools and equipment. - Perform regular maintenance on air conditioners. - Diagnose and repair AC. - Test air conditioners to make sure they are working properly. - Estimating and explaining additional installation charges to clients. - Explain to clients on installation process, warranties, proper AC care and maintenance. - Order parts for air conditioners when they need to be replaced.
