Customer Relationship Executive Responsibilities: • Ensuring regular communication with existing clients to maintain our company's presence • Handle clients concern, analyze root cause and take improvement activities • Resolving clients inquiries and complaints quickly and efficiently • Managing administration, such as sales orders, collecting agreements and sales documents • Perform sales operations effectively • Planning and executing of roadshow activities • Keeping clients updated on the latest activities and products • Meeting with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships • Identifying a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client. • Ensure onboarding of new clients are properly set up • Conduct product training and explanation to clients • Provide accurate market information report to sales manager and required function • Meeting with manager to plan sales strategically
