Requirements:

-Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Autocount) -Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures -Written and Verbal Communication Skills -Organization and attention to detail. -Analytical and problem solving skills. -Time management. -Multi-tasking skills -General business knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies -Documents financial transactions by entering account information. -Process reimbursement forms -Prepare bank deposits -Check spreadsheets for accuracy -Maintain digital and physical financial records -Maintains financial security by following internal controls. -Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
