Roles and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a detail oriented and organized individual to join our team as a General Clerk. The general clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate records, facilitating communciation and ensuring that day-to-day tasks are completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. • Assist with general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents. • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for shipment. • Maintain and update electronic and paper records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members as needed. • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and processing invoices. • Provide administrative support to various departments as requested.
