Roles and Responsibilities:

The scope of employees’ work shall include, but not limited to the following: Assist customers with: - Locating products in the store and escorting them to the right shelves. - Process customer transactions and keep records of any transactional activity - Provide customers with information about products, services, and sales discounts. - Responds to customer’s inquiries about items’ availability at other branches including pricing. - Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Shop Maintenance - Maintaining the cleanliness of the store and the checkout area - Maintain proper product display while ensuring the company’s image and standards. - Assist in stock replenishment and keep track of inventory items. - Keep track of inventory items. Reporting - Report pricing discrepancies and loss and/or damage of products to the Store Supervisor, Operation Executive, and Operation Manager. - Report any customer complaints for future records. - Alerts management of any potential issues relating to daily operations. Others: - Complete and assist with tasks assigned by the Operation Executive and Operation Manager. - Any other relevant tasks may be assigned from time to time related to the shop’s operation such as providing assistance with the stock counting and allocation at the warehouse when the new stock shipment arrives. - Employees will be expected to assist and work at other locations of the branch for both circumstances, planned or unplanned employee absences. (i.e illness, vacation or emergency leave).
