• Diploma in Sales/ Marketing or related field. • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a relevant industry. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales representatives. • Provide training, guidance, and coaching to team members to improve their sales skills and performance. • Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. • Develop innovative approaches to increase sales and expand the customer base. • Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients. • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Ensure the team achieves excellent customer service and satisfaction. • Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track progress and identify trends. • Utilise sales data to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
