1) Diploma, HND, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or related fields; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. 2) 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client-facing roles with knowledge of sales targets and customer relationship management. 3) Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales tools with good understanding of sales processes and product knowledge. 4) Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset. 5) Professional appearance with willingness to work weekends, events, travel when required, and possess a valid driving licence is an advantage.
Responsibilities for Client Executive: 1) Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying client needs and recommending suitable products and solutions. 2) Generate new business opportunities, convert leads into sales, and achieve assigned sales targets. 3) Promote company products and services through effective product knowledge, customer consultation, and follow-up. 4) Deliver excellent customer service by handling enquiries, resolving concerns, and coordinating with relevant departments. 5) Maintain accurate sales records, submit reports, and support marketing activities while complying with company policies and procedures.
