Roles and Responsibilities:
The scope of employees’ work shall include, but not limited to the following:
1)Assist customers with:
• Locating products in the store and escorting them to the right shelves.
• Process customer transactions and keep records of any transactional activity.
• Provide customers with information about products, services, and sales discounts.
• Responds to customer’s inquiries about items’ availability at other branches including pricing.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
2) Shop Maintenance
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and the checkout area.
• Maintain proper product display while ensuring the company’s image and standards.
• Assist in stock replenishment and keep track of inventory items.
3) Reporting
• Report pricing discrepancies and loss and/or damage of products to Store Supervisor, Operation Executive and Operation Manager.
• Report any customers’ complaints for future records.
• Alerts management of any potential issues relating to daily operation.
4) Others:
• Complete and assist tasks assigned by the Operation Executive and Operation Manager.
• Any other relevant tasks may be assigned from time to time related to the shop’s operation such as assisting in inventory/stock count and allocation at the warehouse when the new stock shipment arrives.
