FULL TIME
1. Physically fit to perform door-to-door servicing and product handling. 2. Proficiency in English and Malay (spoken and written). 3. Minimum Diploma or equivalent. 4. Good knowledge of customer service practices. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team. 7. Computer literacy for reporting and scheduling.
Salary : Basic + Commission/Incentives 1. Conduct door-to-door servicing of Cuckoo products and carry out routine maintenance tasks including filter replacements. 2. Call and schedule appointments with clients, ensuring timely service delivery. 3. Manage and follow up on client service needs to maintain satisfaction. 4. Ensure timely completion of paperwork and update service details in the system. 5. Participate actively in company meetings and training sessions to maintain service standards.
