1. Ability to work in a call-centre environment for extended periods, maintaining focus and energy. 2. Excellent verbal communication skills in Malay and English. 3. Strong written communication skills for documenting customer interactions 4. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. 5. Prior experience in telemarketing or a call-centre environment. 6. Self-motivated, target-driven, persistent, and resilient. 7. Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and apply it effectively in sales conversations.
Salary : Basic + Commission/Incentives 1. Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to promote and sell service packages using prepared sales scripts. Provide detailed product information and pricing, addressing customer inquiries effectively. 2. Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction. 3. Understand customer needs and preferences to make suitable recommendations and drive sales using consultative techniques. 4. Respond to customer rejections professionally, using company-provided scripts to maintain positive engagement. 5. Continuously meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets. 6. Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services and provide insights or feedback from customers to improve offerings.
