• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education and talent development
• Well-organized, adaptable, and confident working independently
• Comfortable using basic tech tools; familiarity with LMS or virtual training platforms is a plus
• Fluency in English; Malay; other language skills are an advantage

Role Summary
As a Trainer in our Education Division, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions that support both new hires and ongoing staff development. You will focus especially on building learning pathways for entry-level and technical teams, with a strong emphasis on product knowledge and foundational skills. Your work will directly contribute to a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver structured training programs tailored to entry-level and technical teams
• Develop training materials such as handouts, manuals, slide decks, and e-learning content, with a strong focus on product knowledge
• Lead engaging onboarding sessions to equip new employees with foundational skills and confidence
• Collaborate with team leads to assess training needs and identify performance gaps
• Facilitate product study sessions to ensure all staff understand core offerings, features, and customer value
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting delivery and content based on feedback and outcomes
• Maintain clear documentation of training plans, attendance, and feedback
• Stay updated with trends in adult learning, training delivery tools, and product updates
